Director dealings: Raspberry Pi founder raises stake.


Raspberry Pi revealed on Thursday that chief executive and founder Eben Upton had acquired 5,832 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed tech firm.

Upton, who took over as CEO in 2020, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 342.87p each, for a total value of £19,996.18.

Following the transaction, Upton holds a beneficial interest in 2.5m ordinary Raspberry Pi shares.

As of 1525 GMT, Raspberry Pi shares were up 2.55% at 360.34p.
