AIQ Limited

("AIQ" or the "Company")

Loan Agreement

AIQ (LSE: AIQ) advises that it has entered into an agreement with Li Chun Chung, an Executive Director of the Company, for an interest-free, unsecured loan of GBP90,000 (the "Loan Agreement"), which is re-payable upon demand. The monies will be used by the Company for working capital purposes.

The Loan Agreement is deemed to be a related party transaction by virtue of Mr. Li being an Executive Director. Harry Chathli and Dwight Mighty, being Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company respectively, consider that the terms of the Loan Agreement are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
