Voting Rights and Capital

 

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, as at 29 May 2026, its capital consists of 126,453,145 ordinary shares of 226/67 pence each with voting rights (the "Shares").  No shares are held in treasury.

 

Shareholders may use the 126,453,145 Shares as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
