Director dealings: Experian COO makes share sale.


Experian revealed on Wednesday that chief operating officer Craig Boundy had disposed of 226,166 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed information services company.

Boundy, who was appointed to the board of Experian in July 2022, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 3,191.78p each, for a total value of £7.21m.

As of 1605 GMT, Experian shares were down 0.63% at 3,180.0p.
