In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that on 2 April 2024 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 3,556,985,103 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.

The Company holds 17,816,412 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,539,168,691. This figure (3,539,168,691) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares of Taylor Wimpey plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
