Issue of share options

 

4GLOBAL, a UK-based data, services and technology company focused on major sporting events and the promotion and measurement of physical activity, announces that following the appointment of Davendra Dabasia as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2024, as announced by the Company on 23 February 2023, the Company has granted options over 46,296 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company to Mr Dabasia, exercisable at 1 pence per share.

 

As announced on 23 February 2023, Mr Dabasia has chosen to receive his remuneration of £25,000 per annum by way of share options over ordinary shares in the Company.  He has been granted the Options based on the Company's closing mid-market share price on 28 March 2024, the last trading date prior to his appointment.  The Options will vest 1/12th on a monthly basis. The Company reserves the right to settle the Options for cash.
