Director dealings: Harbour Energy director raises shareholding.


Harbour Energy revealed on Thursday that senior independent director Simon Henry had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed upstream oil and gas company.

Henry, who was appointed to the role in April 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 288.90p each, for a total value of £57,780.00.

Following the transaction, Henry holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 ordinary Harbour Energy shares, representing approximately 0.003% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Harbour Energy shares were up 0.71% at 285.20p.
