Director dealings: Genus chairman snaps up shares.


Genus revealed on Friday that chairman Iain Ferguson had acquired 3,500 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed biotechnology group.

Ferguson, who was took over the chairman's role in July 2020, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 1,763.63p each, for a total value of £61,726.91.

As of 1640 BST, Genus shares were down 1.83% at 1,714.0p.
