Director dealings: MJ Gleeson non-executive director lowers stake.


MJ Gleeson revealed on Friday that non-executive director Christopher Mills had disposed of 300,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed housebuilder.

North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, which Mills has a close association with, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 610.0p each, for a total price of £1.82m.

Following the transaction, Mills has a beneficial interest in 6.05m MJ Gleeson shares, representing approximately 10.37% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1600 BST, MJ Gleeson shares were down 2.58% at 622.50p.
