Softcat revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Jacqui Ferguson had acquired 3,038 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed IT infrastructure provider.

Ferguson, who joined Softcat in January 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 1,470.00p each, for a total value of £44,658.60.

As of 1630 GMT, Softcat shares were up 1.22% at 1,494.0p.
