Director dealings: Staffline chairman lowers stake.


Staffline revealed on Wednesday that chairman Thomas Spain had disposed of 45,576 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed recruitment firm.

Spain, who offloaded the shares via his interest in Henry Spain Investment Services, sold the shares at an average price of 24.50p each, for a total value of £11,166.12.

Following the transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services has a beneficial interest in 34.93m ordinary Staffline shares, representing 24.54% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 GMT, Staffline shares were down 0.83% at 24.0p.
