Director dealings: Games Workshop CEO raises stake.


Games Workshop revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Kevin Rountree had acquired 102 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed miniature wargames manufacturer.

Rountree, who joined Games Workshop in 1998, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 14,625.00p each, for a total value of £14,917.50.

Following the transaction, Rountree holds a beneficial interest in 19,293 ordinary Games Workshop shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1610 GMT, Games Workshop shares were down 1.03% at 14,430.0p.
