Director dealings: ITM Power CFO snaps up shares.


ITM Power revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Amy Grey had acquired 102,455 ordinary shares in the London-listed energy storage and clean fuel company.

Grey, who recently joined ITM Power, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 29.27p each, for a total value of £29,986.53.

As of 1600 GMT, ITM shares were up 2.34% at 29.68p.
