The AIM-traded firm said the partnership strengthened its role in providing cloud, data, and security services, particularly in supporting artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) transformations.

It noted that Rubrik, a recognised leader in recovery software, had been named a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader five times, underscoring its prominence in the field.

SysGroup said it was now one of only three managed service providers (MSPs) in the UK to achieve the advanced partnership status.

By joining the programme, SysGroup said it was gaining enhanced access to Rubrik’s technologies and expertise.

“Businesses today are confronted with unprecedented data security challenges, with the demand for secure, scalable, and AI-powered solutions growing exponentially,” said executive chairman Heejae Chae.

“By integrating Rubrik Security Cloud into our end-to-end services model, SysGroup is uniquely positioned to provide organizations with the resilience and security they need to thrive in the digital age.”

At 1018 GMT, shares in SysGroup were up 1.74% at 19.84p.
