The AIM-traded firm said the initiative would provide access to Nvidia’s advanced technologies, technical resources, and business development opportunities, and was expected to accelerate Alludium’s efforts to scale its AI Agent Builder Platform.

It said the acceptance followed a two-year relationship between Alludium’s management and Nvidia , during which team members had collaborated with the tech giant through speaking engagements, masterclasses, and advisory work.

Inclusion in the Inception programme also offered Alludium access to Nvidia’s global network of venture capital firms and strategic partners, alongside preferred pricing and enhanced visibility for its AI solutions.

Catenai holds an 8.3% stake in Alludium, amounting to 757,403 ordinary shares.

The company said the development represented a significant milestone in Alludium’s growth and a potentially value-enhancing opportunity for shareholders.

At 0958 BST, shares in Catenai were down 1.05% at 0.47p.
