Director dealings: Tate and Lyle CFO snaps up shares.


Tate & Lyle revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Sarah Kuijlaars had purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed food and beverage products supplier.

Kuijlaars, who joined the board of Tate & Lyle in September 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 562.50p each, for a total value of £84,374.70.

Following the transaction, Kuijlaars holds a total of 55,000 Tate & Lyle shares.

As of 1530 BST, Tate & Lyle shares were up 0.090% at 554.50p.
