Director dealings: RS Group director raises stake.


RS Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director David Sleath had acquired 4,883 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed industrial and electrical products distributor.

Sleath, who joined RS Group in June 2019, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 570.50p each, for a total value of £27,857.47.

As of 1620 BST, RS Group shares were flat at 571.50p.
