Director dealings: Howden Joinery CFO makes share purchase.


Howden Joinery Group revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Jackie Callaway had acquired 28,916 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed kitchen and joinery supplier.

Callaway, who took over as CFO in April, purchased the shares at an average price of 864.53p each, for a total value of £249,987.49.

As of 1455 BST, Howden Joinery shares were down 0.35% at 858.50p.
