The AIM-traded firm, formerly known as Quixant, said the award, presented by TVBEurope, recognises standout innovations in the global broadcast technology sector.

It said the ProDeck 24, which made its North American debut at the event, impressed a panel of industry experts and editors with its integration, usability, and market uniqueness.

Designed for professional broadcast environments, the ProDeck 24 combines a high-definition touchscreen with 24 programmable physical buttons, offering a streamlined and intuitive user interface.

It integrates a next-generation PC with display and is fully compatible with Densitron’s IDS control software, used by broadcasters including BBC, CBS, CNN, NBC and YouTube.

Nexteq said the award highlighted its innovation and reinforced its position as a “market leader” in broadcast control technology.

“I am delighted to receive this recognition of the ProDeck 24, a testament to the dedication of the team and the high standard of broadcast expertise we bring to the market,” said chief executive officer Duncan Faithfull.

“We are a product and IP innovation business at our core, and this award demonstrates how well our ambitious product roadmap, a key component of our organic growth strategy, aligns with market needs.

“Pleasingly we are already seeing a substantial increase in consumer demand as the market recognises the value of a first-of-its-kind combined PC and display product.”

Faithfull said the company’s attendance at the event facilitated both reconnection with existing partners and a “notable rise” in new business enquiries.

“Looking ahead, the enthusiasm for our range of broadcast technology solutions and the levels of engagement received has energised us to drive innovation forward in the near future.”

At 1340 BST, shares in Nexteq were up 0.91% at 66.6p.
