Director dealings: Likewise CEO raises stake.


Likewise Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Anthony Brewer had purchased 162,421 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed floor coverings distributor.

Brewer, who took over as CEO in 2018, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 24.56p per share, for a total value of £39,882.48.

Following the transaction, Brewer holds a beneficial interest in 27.37m ordinary Likewise shares, representing approximately 11.2% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Likewise shares were up 3.53% at 26.40p.
