Datasite, a software provider specialising in virtual data rooms, was the trust’s fourth-largest investment by value as of 31 January, accounting for 1.9% of the portfolio.

The FTSE 250 company said the co-investment portion, made alongside ICG Strategic Equity V and CapVest in 2024, represented 1.6% of the portfolio.

It said the realisation represented a 3% premium to the most recent valuation, and followed a relatively short holding period.

ICGT said its original $18m co-investment had delivered “an attractive return” within that timeframe.

At 1035 BST, shares in ICG Enterprise Trust were down 0.27% at 1,467.97p.
