Director dealings: Oxford Instruments CEO snaps up shares.


Oxford Instruments revealed on Friday that chief executive Richard Tyson had acquired 7,479 ordinary shares in the London-listed manufacturing and research company.

Tyson, who took over as CEO in October 2023, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 1,942.07p each, for a total value of £145,247.77.

As of 1555 BST, Oxford Instruments shares were down 0.94% at 1,892.00p.
