Director dealings: AFC Energy chairman raises stake.


AFC Energy revealed on Thursday that chairman Gary Bullard had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed hydrogen fuel cell technology firm.

Bullard, who was appointed to the board of AFC in April 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 9.08p each, for a total value of £9,080.

Following the transaction, Bullard holds a beneficial interest in 5.7m ordinary AFC shares, representing 0.50% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, AFC shares were up 6.33% at 9.48p.
