Director dealings: AJ Bell CEO raises stake.


AJ Bell revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Michael Summersgill had acquired 85,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed online investment platform operator.

Summersgill, who joined AJ Bell in 2007, purchased the shares at an average price of 513p each, for a total value of £436,050.01.

Following the transaction, Summersgill holds a beneficial interest in 508,960 ordinary AJ Bell shares, representing 0.125% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1525 BST, AJ Bell shares were down 1.46% at 505.50p.
