Television and content producer Zinc Media said on Friday that chief financial officer Will Sawyer will retire from the group at the end of the year.

Zinc Media said it has already commenced a process to find his replacement and stated Sawyer, who was departing the group in order to pursue a new career opportunity, will continue to work with the AIM-listed firm over the coming months in order to ensure an orderly handover.
Chief executive Mark Browning said: "The board join me in thanking Will for his excellent contribution to Zinc. He has played a significant part in the turnaround of the Group. After seven years in the role he leaves with our thanks and best wishes for the next chapter of his career in the professional services industry."
As of 1130 BST, Zinc Media shares were down 0.66% 68.05p.
