Director dealings: Audioboom CEO makes share sale.


Audioboom revealed on Thursday that chief executive Stuart Last had disposed of 10,660 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcasting business.

Last, who joined Audioboom in 2014, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 480p each, for a total value of 51,168.

Following the transaction, Last has a beneficial interest in 46,573 ordinary Audioboom shares, representing approximately 0.26% of the company's issued share capital. Last's sale also comes after he exercised options over 15,997 Audioboom ordinary shares.

As of 1530 BST, Audioboom shares were down 2.56% at 475p.
