Director dealings: Jubilee Metals finance director snaps up shares.


Jubilee Metals revealed on Monday that finance director Jonathan Morley-Kirk had purchased 1m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed diversified metals producer.

Morley-Kirk, who joined the board of Jubilee in 2024, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 3.1p each, for a total value of £31,000.

Following the purchase, Morley-Kirk holds approximately 0.03% of Jubilee's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Jubilee shares were up 0.79% at 3.18p.
