Director dealings: Melrose non-executive director snaps up shares.


Melrose Industries revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Guy Hachey had acquired 27,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed aerospace manufacturer.

Hachey, who was appointed to the board of Melrose in August, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 611.29p each, for a total value of £165,048.

As of 1525 BST, Melrose shares were down 0.99% at 597.40p.
