Director dealings: Hargreaves Services CEO raises stake.


Hargreaves Services revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Gordon Banham had acquired 7,600 ordinary shares in the AIM-isted environmental and industrial services provider.

Banham, who snapped up the shares via GB Holdings, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 650p, for a total value of £49,400.

Following the purchase, Banham holds a beneficial interest in 2.8m ordinary Hargreaves shares, representing approximately 8.45% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1545 GMT, Hargreaves shares were down 1.79% at 644.28p.
