Director dealings: Williams family increases holding in Baltic Classifieds.


Baltic Classifieds revealed on Monday that Rebecca Williams, daughter of non-executive director Ed Williams, had acquired 222,326 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed classified portals operator.

Williams purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 180.10p each, for a total value of £400,405.57.

Following the transaction, Ed Williams holds a beneficial interest in 3.05m ordinary Baltic Classifieds shares, representing 0.63% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 GMT, Baltic Classifieds shares were up 5.13% at 184.40p.
