Director dealings: CT Private Equity, F&C Investment Trust directors buy shares.


Two of the director deals disclosed on Thursday involved CT Private Equity Trust and F&C Investment Trust.

At CT Private Equity, Jane Routledge bought 3,571 shares at 559.95p each, giving a total purchase value of just under £20,000. The share purchase took place on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Stephen Russell purchased 1,176 shares of F&C at 1,268.49p each, giving a total purchase value of just under £15,000. He bought the shares on Wednesday.

A regulatory filing by Judges Scientific showed that purchases were made by trustees of the share incentive plan for the chief financial officer, chief operating officer, group business development director, group commercial director and group acquisition executive.

Purchases of between three and four shares were made for each at 5,753p each.
