Director dealings: Victoria director raises stake.


Victoria revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Gavin Petken had acquired 187,496 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed flooring products business.

Petken, who was appointed to the board of Victoria in September 2014, and his wife purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 26.70p each, for a total value of £49,999.79.

Following the transaction, Petkens holds a benficial interest in 450,611 ordinary Victoria shares, which represents 0.39% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1440 GMT, Victoria shares were up 6.94% at 28.50p.
