Duke Capital revealed on Monday that chief investment officer Charles Cannon-Brookes had acquired 811,779 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed royalty investor.

Cannon-Brookes, who co-founded Duke Capital, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 27.07p each, for a total value of £219,748.58.
Following the transaction, Cannon-Brookes holds a total of 13.31m ordinary Duke shares, representing approximately 2.6% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1535 GMT, Duke Capital shares were up 1.74% at 27.47p.
