Director dealings: Victoria CEO snaps up shares.


Victoria revealed on Wednesday that outgoing chief executive Phillip Hamers had acquired 92,108 ordinary shares in the London-listed floorings business.

Hamers, who took over as CEO in 2017, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 27.31p each, for a total value of £25,157.46.

Following the transaction, Hamers holds a beneficial interest in 694,400 ordinary Victoria shares, representing approximately 0.60% of the issued share capital of the company.

As of 1535 GMT, Victoria shares were down 3.33% at 26.15p.
