Director dealings: Sage Group director makes share purchase.


Sage Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Lori Mitchell-Keller had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed software firm.

Mitchell-Keller, who was appointed to the board in February 2025, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 839.37p each, for a total value of £83,937.

Elsewhere, the Blue Coast Capital board representative for Everyman Media has bought just over 118,500 shares in the company, taking the private equity firm's interest closer to the 30% takeover threshold, while Unilever's research and development boss Richard Slater offloaded £1m worth of shares after the stock hit its highest level since September 2019 just last week.

As of 1500 GMT, Sage shares were up 1.02% at 809.20p.
