Director dealings: Ocado's Rausing snaps up another £3.6m in shares.


Ocado revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Jorn Rausing had acquired 1.78m ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed grocery software technology business.

Rausing, who snapped up the shares via Apple III Trust, purchased the sharaes on Friday at an average price of 199.96p each, for a total value of £3.57m.

The transaction comes hot on the heels of Rausing's £1.83m share purchase on 11 March.

As of 1525 GMT, Ocado shares were up 3.62% at 211.60p.
