Director dealings: Roadside Real Estate CEO snaps up shares.


Roadside Real Estate revealed on Monday that chief executive Charles Dickson had acquired 410,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed energy forecourt investment firm.

Dickson, who joined Roadside Real Estate in January 2020, purchased the shares at an average price of 60.15p each, for a total value of £246,614.99.

As of 1430 BST, Roadside Real Estate shares were up 2.06% at 62p.
