Director dealings: Alumasc board members snap up shares.


Alumasc revealed on Tuesday that chairman Vijay Thakrar, chief executive Pamela Bingham and chief financial officer Simon Dray had all acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed building and engineering products supplier.

Thakrar, Bingham and Dray purchased the stock on Monday at an average price of 240p each, for a total value of £60,000 per person.

Following the transactions, Thakrar holds a beneficial interest in 75,000 ordinary Alumasc shares, while Dray has 129,312 ordinary shares and Bingham just the newly acquired 25,000.

As of 1445 BST, Alumasc shares were up 2.04% at 250p.
