The AIM-traded strategic communications and live experience group said the contract strengthened medium-term revenue visibility and reinforced Cheerful Twentyfirst’s position in large-scale global event delivery.

Aeorema said the award followed a successful three-year partnership with Climate Group, the organisation behind Climate Week NYC.

Climate Week NYC takes place every September across New York City and is described by the company as one of the world’s leading climate platforms for decision-makers.

Aeorema said securing the event for the next three years reflected Cheerful Twentyfirst’s creative execution, technical expertise and alignment with Climate Group’s mission.

Chief executive officer Steve Quah said the group was “absolutely thrilled” to win the three-year brand experience contract.

“This contract win is a testament to the dedication of our team and the strength of our creative partnership with Climate Group over the last three years,” he said.

Quah said the coming years would be critical for global climate action, adding that Aeorema intended to “elevate this important conference even further”.

With the new agreement in place, Aeorema said it would focus on driving innovation, expanding global accessibility and maximising the creative impact of the New York-based conference across the 2026, 2027 and 2028 events.

At 1113 BST, shares in Aeorema Communications were up 8.8% at 68p.
