Vistry Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Adam Daniels had acquired 38,372 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed housebuilder.

Daniels, who joined Vistry following its acquisition of Countryside in late 2022, purchased the shares at an average price of 260.60p each, for a total value of £99,997.43.
As of 1530 BST, Vistry shares were up 4.35% at 268.39p.
