Under the agreement, Ocado will install its latest technology into a new, automated CFC due to go live in FY28.
The site will be equipped with Ocado's Re:Imagined technology suite, including the 600s bot, On-Grid Robotic Pick (OGRP), and a fully Automated Freezer.
Ocado did not name the retailer but said it is enjoying "sustained growth" and expects to quickly transfer its existing online order volumes into the CFC, with the site due to go live with utilisation at just over half of its design capacity.
Chief executive Tim Steiner said: "I'm delighted that Ocado's world-leading automation and robotics have been chosen to help drive forward the online operations of another leading retailer. Together with our agreement with Asda earlier this year, this partnership highlights the growing demand for our solutions across the breadth of our technology offering."
The transaction is not expected to have a material financial impact in FY26 and Ocado continues to expect to deliver on its market guidance to turn cash flow positive in the second half of this financial year, and to be full-year cash flow positive in FY27.
