Director dealings: Victoria executive chairman raises stake.
Victoria revealed on Monday that executive chairman Geoff Wilding had acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed flooring products manufacturer.

Wilding, who took over as executive chairman in October 2012, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 67.42p each, for a total value of £101,130.
Following the transaction, Wildings holds a beneficial interest in 22.58m ordinary Victoria shares, representing 19.58% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1540 BST, Victoria shares were up 5.63% at 70.24p.
