Total shareholder return for the period was ‑16%, reflecting market weakness in the first quarter. Investments totalled £43m, and proceeds received were £10m.
Period‑end cash and undrawn credit facilities amounted to £155m. Outstanding commitments were approximately £640m, expected to be called over the next five years.
The total NAV per share return was 3.2% (+24 pence) since 31 March 2025 and 6.0% (+44 pence) since 31 December 2025. The largest contributors to the six-month total NAV return include Phenna (+13 pence), North Sails (+9 pence), TechInsights (+8 pence) and Exaforce (+5 pence).
