Director dealings: KRM22 director snaps up shares.
KRM22 revealed on Friday that executive director Keith Todd had acquired 350,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed technology and software investor.

Todd, who was appointed KRM22's board in March 2018, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 28p each, for a total value of £98,000.
Following the transaction, Todd holds a beneficial interest in 8.85m ordinary KRM22 shares, representing approximately 14.9% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1410 BST, KRM22 shares were up 7.33% at 28.98p.
