Director dealings: Cake Box CEO raises stake.


Cake Box revealed on Monday that chief executive Sukh Chamdal had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cakes retailer.

Chamdal, who opened the first Cake Box concept store in 2008, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 189p each, for a total value of £18,900.

Following the transaction, Chamdal holds a beneficial interest in 10.29m ordinary Cake Box shares, representing approximately 23.39% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Cake Box shares were up 2.13% at 189.97p.
