Director dealings: McBride CFO lowers stake.


McBride said on Thursday that chief financial officer Marck Strickland had disposed of 110,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed household goods manufacturer.

Strickland, who was appointed to the board of McBride in January 2021, sold the shares on on Wednesday at an average price of 190.12p each, for a total value of £209,132.01.

Following the transaction, Strickland holds a beneficial interest in 741,790 ordinary McBride shares.

As of 1545 BST, McBride shares were down 2.99% at 188.20p.
