Director dealings: Astrazeneca CEO raises stake.


Astrazeneca revealed on Friday that chief executive Pascal Soriot had acquired 60,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed drugmaker.

Soriot, who took over as CEO in October 2012, purchased the shares at an average price of 12,102p each, for a total value of £7.26m.

As of 1540 BST, Astrazeneca shares were up 0.82% at 12,530p.
