Director dealings: Oxford Biomedica chair ups stake.


The largest market purchase of shares in London on Thursday came from Oxford Biomedica's chair Roch Doliveux. who upped his stake in the cell and gene therapy company after a sharp drop in the stock over the year to date.

Doliveux, has been at the helm of the board since 2020, bought 20,250 shares at a price of 505p each, spending a total of £102,262.50.

OXB's share price closed Wednesday's session at 481p, having lost over a quarter of its value since the start of 2026.

After the latest purchase, Oxford Biomedica said Doliveux owns 459,055 shares, equivalent to 0.379% of the company’s issued share capital.
