Director dealings: Trufin CEO snaps up more shares.


Trufin revealed on Friday that chief executive James van den Bergh had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.

Van den Bergh, who took over as CEO in 2018, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 98p each, for a total value of £24,500.

Following the purchase, Van den Bergh holds a beneficial interest in 644,934 ordinary Trufin shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Trufin shares were up 0.20% at 98.70p.
