Director dealings: CMC Markets founder raises stake.


CMC Markets revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Peter Crudds had acquired 593,378 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed financial services firm.

Cruddas, who founded CMC Markets in 1989, purchased the shares at an average price of 678.25 each, for a total value of £3.7m.

As of 1535 BST, CMC shares were up 1.19% at 682p.
